Hi, We spent a night in Grand Turk on Feb. 8, 1992 0n our way to the Dominican Republic and flew with another Grumman Tiger. We flew there for the celebration of Columbus landing there 500 years before 1992. There were about 380 planes that flew in. They invited 500 planes but cut it off because they were running out motels. We enjoyed out flight & visit. I enjoyed your article in the EAA magazine.

It seemed like every other day or so I kept checking back on Rosie's website to read his trip report on the Turks adventure. That's when I ran across your write-up with all those cool pictures. I printed out a copy for my wife (who shares the same concerns as Deb) and made her read it. She thought it was great. It was very helpful, thank you! We are buiding a -9A tipup like yours and appreciate the motivation that is stirred up as a result of reading stories like that one. Best of luck to you in your future journeys!

I was wandering the RV and camping areas at Oshkosh last week and spied this RV with "itsallaboutusnow.com" on the side. I immediately knew the story.
I've been building my RV-8 for over 12 years now. Life gets in the way sometimes. However, now that the kids are grown and gone, IT'S OUR TIME!
Here's to running into you sometime at a fly-in. Enjoy your time together!

I've been reading along for a few months now, guess it's time I said something. Good for you guys. Love the site. You make a son proud to be able to say "That's my Mom and Dad!" Love you! Steve
